RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are working hard to provide you the latest fashion at affordable rates with Best quality fabric. We are trying hard to serve your order to your appropriate products and sizes. In case if you received the wrong product or it's unfit to your size, you can exchange your size of product within 7 days of delivery.
- Customer has to send Request On Our Whatsapp Number +91 9892056699 or 9820557654 or Email us @ dappermonkclothing@gmail.com for Size Exchange. Once Approved or confirmed by store you have to return the package to our store address within 7 days of delivery.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been used or washed, the exchange would not be provided.
- We do not have any pickup arrangement for any exchange orders. you can courier it to our given address within 7 days of delivery.
- If any defective product or wrong product is delivered, the customer should raise the issue within 24 hrs of Delivery. Customer has to send damage or wrong products pictures or videos to our whatsapp number or email Id.
- Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as Double exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

We don’t Accept Damage & Open Packages from Courier services. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
